to sit here quietly
to feel
cool northeasterly breeze
warm sunshine on hands
to hear
crickets constantly chirp
clap of horse’s hooves on nearby road
to see
goldenrod sway in gentle wind
cooper’s hawk soar silently by
enough
to sit here quietly
breathe
